David Tracy – Founder & Chairman
David Tracy is the founder and Chairman of the Three Village Dads Foundation,
which he established in 2019 to enhance the community through the collective
support of local dads and businesses. As the driving force behind the
foundation, David is deeply committed to fostering a positive impact in the
Three Village area. His leadership and vision guide the foundation’s initiatives,
and he works tirelessly to engage the community in meaningful ways. A
devoted parent to his son, Sean, who is a student in the Three Village School
District, David believes in the importance of investing in the future of the
community and empowering others to join in the effort.
Chris Carson – Board Officer
Chris Carson serves as a board officer and was the first member to join the
Three Village Dads Foundation at its inception. With a wealth of knowledge
about local ordinances and a deep network of community connections,
Chris plays a crucial role in navigating events and activities. His expertise
not only helps streamline the planning process but also fosters
collaboration with various organizations. Passionate about giving back,
Chris is dedicated to enhancing the foundation’s mission and ensuring that
community initiatives are successful and impactful.
David Bitman – Board Officer
David Bitman is a board officer and the third member to join the Three
Village Dads Foundation. As a lawyer, he brings a wealth of knowledge and
insight that proves invaluable to the foundation’s initiatives. David is a
steadfast supporter of the foundation’s mission and plays a critical role in
guiding its activities and decision-making processes. With his children now
graduated from Ward Melville High School and pursuing their own paths in
college and careers, David remains deeply committed to enriching the
community and fostering opportunities for future generations.
Steve Uniszkiewicz – Board Member
Steve Uniszkiewicz is a valued board member and the fourth individual to
join the Three Village Dads Foundation. He played a pivotal role in
launching the foundation’s inaugural golf outing, a key fundraising event
that continues to thrive each year. Steve is dedicated to contributing to
the foundation’s mission and actively supports its initiatives, enhancing
the success of our events and making a lasting impact on our community
and the families we serve. He is also a proud parent of two young children
in the Three Village School District.
Vince DiCarlo – Board Member
Vince DiCarlo brings a wealth of experience to the Three Village Dads
Foundation, having been invited to join due to his extensive knowledge of
running a large company. Well-respected in the
community, Vince is known for his charitable nature and consistent
involvement in local initiatives. He is committed to making a difference and
actively participates in the foundation’s efforts. As a parent of two children
in the Three Village School District, Vince is dedicated to supporting the
community and fostering opportunities for future generations.
